Regulatory Compliance Note

Each step in the cross-border flow is covered by the relevant regulatory licence in both the sending and receiving jurisdiction. ElroiPay operates under partner PSP licences in Phase 1, with own-licence applications running in parallel. FX conversion is handled by licensed FX providers with pre-agreed rates and daily settlement. Fund segregation is maintained throughout the entire flow.
